Delivery time

Without special notice we cound a 48-hour delivery for stock products. Get delivered even faster? Send an email after the order, then we can also process the order in the afternoon. Customised products will be shipped within 10 workdays. For the following products please take notice of the following time before delivery:

• Wallpaper and wall sticker: produced after ordered: maximum 14 days.

• Books/ posters/ samples: 48 hours.

• If a product is out of stock , we will give you a signal within one day.

Shipping cost

If shipping cost apply it will be calculated in the shopping cart.

Payment methods

• iDEAL (recommended) or Credit card or debet card. This payments is processed immediately in the check out of the shopping cart. It works easily, familiarly, securely, and quickly.

• Own payment method: Please transfer the total amount to our account. Please state your order number.

• On account: An invoice is included with the package you receive. You can transfer the amount within 8 days. Only possible in consultation.

Returns

It can happen that a product is not to your liking.

• In stock items can be returned easy. Send the product to our address, stating the order number.
  Return shipments must be sufficiently stamped. The shipping costs for a return shipment are for
  the buyer with the exception of items that have been delivered incorrectly. Please give us notice
  of your return so that we can exchange or do a refund.

• Custom products (also wallpaper) can not be returned.
